Well, why not do the exact same with fruits and vegetables - or what about organic, raw superfood? It's difficult to get much better than that!

In today's world, there are lots of superfood drink alternatives. If you really are short on time or want to be more efficient, you could even combine them in with your protein powder.

Some people like the idea of health drinks since they are so efficient, but they don't like the idea of drinking their meals continuously. You also may not have a blender or food processor close by when you're ready to eat. This is understandable. Nutritious shakes take some getting used to, and can be a challenging option when looking at a burrito or slice of pizza.

What is great about superfood powders is that they are condensed so that you can get lots of nutrition in just one shake a day. It can be a shot of juice and mix that you have in the early morning. It is that condensed!
